Tuition for the full 4 years at a state agricultural university like UAS Bengaluru or Dharwad — about ₹25,000–30,000 a year. Private agricultural colleges charge several times this.

3. 3Entrance Exam · Exam year📝 CUET (ICAR-UG) / KCET (farm science)Entry to B.Sc (Hons) Agriculture / Horticulture / Forestry is through CUET (ICAR-UG) / KCET (farm science). KCET is run by Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) and leads to Engineering, farm science, nursing and allied courses in Karnataka. CUET UG is run by National Testing Agency (NTA) and leads to Central and participating universities for BA, B.Sc, B.Com and more. Dates change every year — always confirm on the conducting authority's official portal.
4. 4Degree · 4 Years📘 B.Sc (Hons) Agriculture / Horticulture / ForestryAgriculture & Allied Sciences: 4 Years. You can specialise in Agronomy, Horticulture, Forestry, Sericulture and more.

ICAR — B.Sc (Hons) Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Sericulture, Fisheries and Dairy Technology are 4-year programmes. ICAR discontinued the AIEEA-UG exam in 2023: all-India quota admission now runs through CUET (ICAR-UG) conducted by NTA, alongside KCET farm-science counselling (KEA) for Karnataka seats.
